The water warms, the sun starts to sizzle..... Summer as arrived on Oahu.....   The water clears,                                                                                                               The  fragrance of blooming flowers abound all over the island  the turtles move back onto the shoreline The Ocean turns 50 shades of blue.... Summer on Oahu..... I am a  Happy Happy, Hawaiian Island gal............

The Beauty of the Hawaiian Islands is not exclusive.....  There is fabulous beauty all over Planet Earth..... All of us Blessed with Beauty. I have in the last several years in the course of a conversation with others, excused myself and walked away.... WHY???? well....The phrase " That's NOT my problem" has become very very offensive to me... .As far as I'm concerned that phrase is a blatant form of apathy.... and i cannot and will not participate any any conversation or action that includes apathy. That child on the shoreline at sunset??  That's my grandson... and i assure u APATHY and "That's NOT my problem" will affect his life directly..... It is my sincere hope that  we as humanity, can in the future walk away from the phrase.... "That's NOT my Problem"  ... and into a life of I CARE..... I am an island gal.... and i CARE.......
